Enriched Air 32% Table Recall

We recently discovered a printing error on the EANx 32% RDP table (product no. #60049). The error appears in an area unlikely to cause problems (and no injuries have been reported); however, we are taking the issue seriously.


An email is being sent to:

• All IRRA Members in the PADI Americas and PADI Canada regions
• All PADI Instructors in PAM and PCAN who purchased the 60049 table since 17 January 2008
• All Enriched Air students certified in PAM and PCAN since 17 January 2008.
• . . .and we’re posting information on padi.com and the PADI Pros website.

Students are directed to contact a PADI Dive Center for the replacement table. The student may also contact PADI directly at: 800.729.7234, ext 2011.

Please check your existing stock of EAN materials. If you have a misprinted table, please destroy it and contact us for a no-charge replacement. There is also an official recall notice available for download.

Replacement EANx 32% RDP tables will be available beginning Wednesday 23 July and can be ordered by calling: 800 729 7234 ext. 2440. If you have one of our temporary 32% tables, we are replacing those as well. Replacement tables cannot be ordered online.

This printing error affects the Imperial Version only (product no. 60049).
